You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.


2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, clean, and in original packaging.

  • All tags, inserts, and protective wraps must be intact.

  • A proof of purchase (order ID or confirmation email) is required.


3. Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Teething toys or chewable silicone items

  • Opened soft toys or plush dolls

  • Personalized or final sale items


4. How to Request a Return

  2. Await approval and return instructions.

  3. Ship your return using a secure and trackable method.


5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing takes 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • We’ll notify you by email once complete.


6. Refund Delays

If your refund hasn’t appeared:

  • Check your bank or card account again after a few days.

  • Contact your bank or payment provider.

  • If it’s still unresolved, reach out to us and we’ll help investigate.


7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Defective or damaged items

  • Incorrect products shipped

Please contact us with photos and a description, and we’ll issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.


8. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

  • We recommend using a trackable service.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


9. Gift Returns

If your item was marked as a gift:

  • You may request store credit in the value of the return.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
